  • Professional business attire appropriate for an international conference.
  • Clear, well-lit photograph with the face fully visible.
  • Centered head-and-shoulders portrait.
  • Plain, clean, or neutral background.
  • Image should be recent and accurately represent the speaker.
  • Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, or PNG.
  • Maximum file size: 10 MB.

❌ Please Avoid

  • Low-resolution, blurry, or pixelated images.
  • Group photos or cropped photos from events.
  • Selfies, casual photos, or social media profile pictures.
  • Heavy filters, logos, watermarks, or distracting backgrounds.
  • Sunglasses, hats, or any obstructions covering the face.
